Aurelia's Mexican Food is a family-run truck parked at Dynamite Food Park in Caddo Mills. The griddle comes on at 7 AM, Monday through Saturday, which makes it one of the few places on this stretch of I-30 where you can get a real breakfast burrito before work. Lunch and dinner run through 8 PM.
Everything is cooked when you order it. Tortillas come corn or flour. And if it's Saturday, there's menudo until the pot runs out.
